2. Game Access and Steam Account

Pro Football is accessed through a valid Steam account. Your access is subject to both these Terms and Steam’s terms and conditions. Please review Steam’s policies regarding account management, community guidelines, and purchases.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Pro Football for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Comply with these Terms, as well as all applicable local, national, and international laws.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your Steam account login information.
  • Use Pro Football only for personal and lawful purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the game software.
  • Using cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software.
  • Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches; report such issues to us.
  • Disrupting or interfering with Pro Football servers or network connections.
  • Uploading or distributing content that is abusive, illegal, or violates others' rights.

6. Third-Party Content and Services

Pro Football integrates with third-party services, including Steam, Unity Analytics, and Sentry. By using Pro Football, you agree to their terms in addition to ours.

7. User-Generated Content and Steam Workshop

By submitting content to the Steam Workshop, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content within Pro Football.

8. Game Progress, Achievements, and Data Storage

Game progress, achievements, and preferences are stored via Steam Cloud. We are not responsible for any data loss stored in the Steam Cloud or locally on your device.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pro Football at our discretion without prior notice, especially for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Pro Football is provided "as is," without warranties. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of Pro Football or third-party services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. By continuing to use Pro Football after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.
